So, thanks again for your calls, prayers and emails. They mean the world to all of us. Sue needs every bit of your support right now. She is doing better and sounds better. Apparently the kind of cancer she has affects the platelet count negatively, so Sue also has to get another blood transfusion as well. Her sodium levels continue to climb, but they have to increase it slowly or it would be too much of a shock to her system.
Sue just got out of surgery having the chemo port put in. It went well.
I guess her bone scan was not clear, it showed some spots in the bone near her breast. But they are not as concerned about that right now as they are about treating the aggressive inflammatory cancer that she has right away.
Please pray her chemo will go alright and she will feel ok on Friday. Pray for her strength and the Lord's healing hands. Thanks so much!!
