A Lazy Texas Wednesday...

Good evening EVERYONE!

It was kind of a rainy, humid day here in Houston, perfect for doing nothing. Sue and I did very little today other than rest and relax! Sue is a little frustrated as she wants to get better as fast as possible and unfortunately cancer doesn't work that way and she realizes that.

Still the only side affect of the chemo is she is tired, her shortness of breath is still a problem when she walks but it is a tad better. She has a real positive attitude which will continue to help her overcome this disease.

We really need some super strong prayers for her breathing to improve and the heavyness on her right lung to go away! Please keep all the wonderful prayers going strong!

God love you all and bless you for your commitment to Sue.

God blessings to you all. Doug

We will continue to pray about your tiredness and your shortness of breath Sue. Keep up your positive attitude knowing there are so many who are praying for you and who care about your journey with cancer. We pray for His peace and strength for you. Thanks so much Doug for keeping us informed and for being so present for Sue in her time of need. Blessings and greetings to all of you. Know that we are there in spirit and with our love. Thinking of you often and lifting lots of prayers on your behalf. Have a good day tomorrow and hope you will feel stronger and not be so tired.

Hey Susie - rainy days are always a good time to chill and watch the tube. I'll be praying hard for the shortness of breath to go away. I'm sure after a day of rest and another day after the chemo that you will start feeling renewed again. The ice finally went off of Leech Lake on 5/13 but I looked at the extended forcast since we'll be on vacation the week of Memorial day and they are saying a chance of snow on 5/25 - can you even believe that!! Sometimes I'm not sure why I live here lol. You keep on keeping on kiddo and keep the positive attitude. Just remember - miracles can happen as long as you believe.
Love you all,
G
